Since its establishment, we have been focusing on the auto parts industry (including auto die casting, sheet metal parts, plastic parts and assembly parts) and new energy batteries. We are committed to the development of comprehensive checking fixtures, gas and electricity detection devices, automatic inspection, assembly, cleaning, welding fixtures and workstations, etc. We are a high-tech company that integrates research and development, production, assembly, commissioning and after-sales service. Over the years, we have built a high level and experienced R&D team. Now we have one professor, two masters, more than 10 senior engineers, and more than 20 assembly engineers, inspection engineers, and assistant engineers. We have hard-core processing and testing capabilities, and we have precision processing equipment including Youjia Machining Center, Moore (US) coordinate grinder, Beier cylindrical grinder, Joint milling machine, Wangpan surface grinder, etc. Hexagon three-coordinate measuring machine, FARO articulating arm and other testing equipment used by us can effectively ensure the accuracy of core parts and assemblies.
In 2013, we began its foray into the field of automation, with the aim of contributing to its customers' digital factories. We integrate motion control, electronics, optics, mechanics, and testing technology in combination with self-developed software to develop automated lines and special machines for a variety of sectors, and present a large number of successful cases serving the relevant industries.
In 2014, we passed the IS09001 quality system certification. In 2017, we successfully joined the ranks of high-tech enterprises. In 2021, we established Zhaoqing Office to better serve customers around the area.
